Run Monday Import Recurring Job by System
- This imports the sales order lines and header information from D365
- The recurring Job runs every day? to keep the data up to date

Forecast Profiles
SNS Rolling 3 months Manual
Is run once to start and subsequently updated by the person responsible
Next Month forecast – Recurring Job by System
- Is run 1 AM on the 5th? of every month
- Used by the Calculation to add the next month to the Edited Rolling 3 month Forecast
Calculations
Recurring Job by System
- This calculation rolls the forecast forward a month so the next month can be edited
- The person responsible edits this Worksheet
Responsible Persons 5 monthly Tasks
- Update the Rolling Forecast
- Sort to bring Last Update to the top
- Open the Worksheet
Click on the Newest SNS Worksheet Time Series
- Update the Forecast see “How to update the Forecast below”
- Export the updated forecast to D365
The Export is initiated by the Responsible person when done but, as a backup this is also a scheduled Job run on Fridays
Click on the Export
Click on Run
Your Done
if this step is forgotten the system will do it for you every Friday
How to Update the Forecast
- Update the Rolling Forecast
- Sort to bring Last Update to the top
Note: the times come from the server which can be in any time zone
- Open the Worksheet
Click on the newest “SNS Worksheet time series”

Editing data
There are some controls which you will need to learn how to use.
The changes you make here cannot be saved as a default view, but, they are easy to set
- Group By
Use to not show some fields
- Fit to Data and Edit
- Used together to get into edit mode
- Once in Edit mode update the values in the date columns
- Optionally use the pop-up window to make edits
When you make a change the save button will become available
Click Save
When the update is complete
Save & Close
Export to D365
Under Data Management Click Export
Click on the line with your initials Click Run
You’re Done
