CSMONE
Set up:
1. Install the CMSONE software from the link at the top of this ticket
2. Launch the software
3. Check the checkbox to Autologin after registration. Insert the password listed above twice in the text boxes.
4. Set up all the security questions for the answer CMSONE
5. Click the Home icon on the top left, and you will be taken to a settings page.
6. Click Device Management
7. Click the plus icon on the top left to add a device
8. Insert the configuration listed in the picture above for the settings. The username and password are the same password listed above.
9. The status section should have a green square indicating that a connection is established.
10. Navigate to the main view and ensure that you can connect to the cameras. You will have to add cameras to the view individually. (Have the user set the view up after you are done with setup)
11. Close the CMS ONE software and reopen it.
12. When you receive the login prompt
13. Check both the check boxes for Remember Password and Auto Login.
14. Login with the credentials
15. Close the application and reopen it to make sure that the password is remembered and the software logs in automatically.
16. Open file explorer and navigate to "C:\Users\"Name of Camera Kiosk account"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
17. Copy the CMSONE shortcut that is located on the desktop and paste it in the Programs folder.
18. Log out of the Camera Kiosk Account and log back in.
19. Make sure that the CMSONE software launches automatically and logs in automatically.
20. Your done! Have the user set up the view to their preference.
