How to Change a Posted Trade Agreement Journal

  1. In the Product Information Management module, Click "Released products"

  1. In the Item Number column, filter by item "110000"

  1. Next Click "View trade agreements"

  1. Select all the Trade Agreement Lines to be edited then Click "Edit selected lines"

  1. Add a Description for the new journal then, Click the "OK" button

  1. Click the "Edit" button then, update the Amount "Unit Price" field for each journal line.

  1. Next Click "Save" then Click "Post"

  1. In the Price/discount Journal Posting Screen Click the "OK" button

  1. After posting the journal, you will be taken back to the "View trade agreements" screen where you will see your changes
