The Barracuda ESS is used by end users to view emails that have been blocked or quarntineed without the need to contact the helpdesk.
The Barracuda ESS can be accessed at https://ess.barracudanetworks.com
Use your domain login ([email protected]) to access the service.
After clicking next you will be directed to Office365 to finish your login.
One you're logged in use the "Message Filter" to view your various message queues.
If you need to deliver an email that has been marked as Blocked select the email and click "Deliver".
If this is an email that you're likely to recieve regularly you can "Recategorize" the email to help avoid future blocking issues.
The Whitelist function should only be used as a last resort. Whitelisting could exposure your email to serious threats from the parties whitelisted. Any virus, malware, or ransomware they are infected with will be allowed to send email to your inbox, bypassing our filters. If you have any questions, please contact the helpdesk.
