Click the “Send this email to Slack” button in the Ribbon on the Home tab.

This will open the Slack for Outlook pane.

Click the “Connect to Slack” button to continue.

This will open a browser window. You will need to sign into Slack here.

Enter your team name “nelbroteam” and click the Continue button.

Click the “Sign in with Office 365” button



Enter your Nelson Brothers username (Ex. [email protected])

Click the “Next” button to continue.

 

 

 

 

Enter your password

Click the “Sign in” button to continue


When prompted to Stay signed in, Check the “Don’t show this again” box and click the “Yes” button to proceed to Slack.

 

 


When prompted, click the “Authorize” button.

You will then be returned to Outlook. You should now be able to use the Slack for Outlook Add-in.

To do so, select the email you want to send to Slack, choose the Conversation you want to send it to (DM, or Channel), add an optional message and click the “Send to Slack” button.
