To access the company's PowerApps first the user must have a license to access Office.com. Currently we support 2 licenses:

E3 - This is the standard licenses for a user with either a laptop or a desktop

F3 - This is the license for a user with no desktop or laptop and allows mobile device access as well as web access.

Once determined which license to use, onboard the user as normal per procedure and license.

The user needs the following licenses added to their account based upon need. As a rule if they need access to 2 or 1 PowerApps the user will need a PowerApps Plan 1 (Qualified Offer) license. If the user needs access to 2 or more PowerApps the user will need access to a PowerApps Plan 2 (Qualified Offer) license.

The exception is if the user needs access to the specific apps relating to the West Load Apps or the East Load App they will also need in addition to the above a PowerApps Plan 2 Trial license. The reason for this is due to premium connectors used that these apps are grandfathered in.

All PowerApps users will also need a Microsoft Power Automate Free license.

Specific PowerApp access is controlled from within PowerApps by the ISG (currently handled Seth Burns).
