Step 1: Download "Intune Company Portal" from the App Store.

Step 2: Once Company Portal is installed, open the app and select "sign in with email", and use your '@nelsonbrothers.net' username and password.
* Remember this username will be '[email protected]'
Step 3: Verify your Identity by selecting "SMS sign-in" or "Text". This will text you a 6 digit code which you will enter on the following screen.
* You may have to select "Use different sign-in method" or "I can't access my microsoft authenticator right now" to see this option.
* If your phone number is incorrect or this option isn't visible, go to aka.ms/mfasetup and follow the steps there to install the Microsoft Authenticator App.
Step 4: Click 'Ok' on the bottom of the "Get notified" page.
Step 5: Select 'Begin' at the bottom of the "Set up Nelson Brothers access" page.
Step 6: Select 'Continue' on the following screens until you see a prompt to download a configuration profile, and select 'Allow'.
Step 7: Select 'Continue' again until you see this screen.
Step 8: Open the Settings app on your phone, and select 'Profile Downloaded' at the top below your Apple ID.
Step 9: At the top right, select 'Install', and again on the following screen.
Step 10: When prompted to trust remote management, select 'Trust', then again in the top right select 'Done'.
Step 11: Back in the Intune Company Portal app, select 'BYOD Enrolled Device', then 'Continue' on the following screens.
Step 12: On the App Installation screen, select 'Install' for all applications, which will include Slack, Microsoft OneDrive, and Outlook.
From here you should be fully set up.
Intune Company Portal will now allow you to access all company apps, so accessing Outlook or Paycom is as simple as downloading the app from the App Store and signing in with the same @nelsonbrothers.net username and password we've used during this process.
