How To Forward Calls On Desk Phone

Step 1: Select 'Forward All' using the buttons underneath the screen.

Step 2: Enter '91' followed by the number you want to forward calls to (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and it will automatically set calls to forward to that number.

*To cancel forwarding, the button labeled 'Forward All' in Step 1 will show 'Cancel Forward' once set up. Simple select that button to cancel call forwarding.*
