If a Yealink CTP18 Tabletop Touch Panel in a conference or meeting room is on the "Please enter the pairing code" screen, follow these directions to re-pair it with the Meetingboard TV/Panel.


This frequently happens if the Meetingboard loses power. All of them are on UPSs so small power outages shouldn't cause the CTP18 to become un-paired, but longer outages may.


From the CTP18 tabletop touch panel on the "Please enter the pairing code" screen, tap the "Get pairing code" option in the top-right corner.


The Meetingboard TV/Panel should then display "Pairing code: " followed by a 4-digit number.


Enter that number on the CTP18 device and it should re-pair to the Meetingboard, return to the main screen, and show a "CTP18 Connected" message
