The TV in Suzanne's office has a wireless screen sharing device connected to it that works similar to how the wireless dongles work in the Conference/Meeting rooms with Yealink Teams Room Systems.
If the TV is off, you'll need to turn it on and make sure the input is "HDMI 1"
If you haven't used one before, you'll need to do a few steps to set up the first time.
Plug up the ClickShare Wireless Dongle to a USB port on your computer. (The device is USB-A. If you only have USB-C ports, you'll need to find and use an adapter).
Windows:
The AutoPlay menu should pop up prompting you to choose what happens when you plug in a ClickShare dongle.
Click the AutoPlay pop up to choose.
This will open the Choose what to do... menu.
Click "Open folder to view files"
This will open a File Explorer window.
Double-click to run the "ClickShare_for_Windows" application.
After a few moments, you should see a new ClickShare Client icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner).
This means the software is ready to use.
To present your screen to the TV, you can either Right-click on the ClickShare Client icon and choose "Start sharing" or press the Circular button on the wireless dongle that's plugged up to your computer.
Mac:
The steps are very similar for installing the software for a Mac, but there are a few system security prompts you must complete.
Plug up the ClickShare Wireless Dongle to your computer. (If you only have USB-C ports, you will need to find and use an adapter)
Open the ClickShare disk image file on the desktop.
This will open a ClickShare Finder window. Double-click to run the "ClickShare_for_MacOSX" installer.
\
When prompted to allow ClickShare to access files on a removable volume, click "Allow"
When prompted to allow clickshare notifications, choose "Options" >> "Allow"
When prompted to grant access to record screen and audio, choose "Open System Settings"
On the Screen & System Audio Recording settings page, click to turn on the toggle for "ClickShare_for_MacOSX"
You will need to enter your computer account credentials to approve this.
Enter your password and click the "Modify Settings" button.
If you receive a prompt to quit ClickShare, choose "Quit & Reopen"
You should now be able to use the ClickShare Wireless Dongle. To start, in the Menu Bar (Top-Right) click the "ClickShare" icon, and choose "Start sharing". Or you can press the Circular button on the ClickShare Wireless Dongle.
The light ring around the Circular button on the ClickShare Wireless Dongle should turn red to indicate that it's being used and your screen should be mirrored to the TV.
When you're done, press the Circular button on the ClickShare Wireless Dongle to stop sharing and remove the device from your computer.
